Kylie is chef, author, restaurateur and television presenter with a passion for food that runs deep and spans across her entire career. Kylie firmly believes that fresh is best and that our food choices should be ethical, sustainable and supportive of both the natural and human environment.
At Kylie’s restaurant, Billy Kwong’s, she uses locally grown, organic and biodynamic fruit and vegetables, poultry, meat and noodles. Most of the soy sauces, sugar, vinegar and oils are organic, and she serves Fair Trade tea and chocolate.
