We will be holding a fundraising dinner at Jared Ingersoll’s Pop-up Restaurant Bottle and Beast, 11a Pyrmont Bridge Road, Pyrmont, NSW – only open until the 31st of March this year!
There will be Dinner, drinks and dessert and the dinner will be as per the concept of Bottle and Beast – one beast (a lamb) with fresh vegetable produce.
We will have special guests: head chef at Quay Peter Gilmore, celebrity chefs Alex Herbert and Jared Ingersoll as well as Clive Blazey, founder of the Digger’s club and co-director of the Safe Food Foundation.
This event is hosted in conjunction with Gene Ethics.
There will also be an auction with special prizes including accommodation for a weekend away in Margaret River and a work of art from campaigner and artist, Fern York.
Tickets cost $130 and the profits will go to Steve Marsh’s legal fighting fund for the right to choose GM free food and will be processed as a tax deductible donation.
